About Softer Success

We are starting a cultural revolution in the workplace that is laying the stepping stones for and helping the next generation profoundly. By working towards meeting the United Nations sustainable development goals on health & wellbeing by 2030 – with the focus on eradicating the burnout pandemic.

Our mission is to end the global burnout pandemic by fundamentally transforming workplace cultures, making them healthier and more sustainable. We achieve this by providing comprehensive solutions, consultancy, and training that empower both individuals and organisations. Aligning with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals on health and well-being, we strive to minimise burnout risks and foster environments where the next generation can thrive. Our approach is to equip employees with the skills necessary for professional success and personal well-being, thereby ensuring they have the energy and capacity to contribute positively to our planet’s care.

We envision a world where workplaces are free from burnout, championing sustainable productivity and well-being as core operational principles. Our goal is to redefine corporate success, advocating for environments that nurture health, creativity, and work-life balance. We aspire to lead by example, inspiring businesses to prioritise holistic health and environmental sustainability, measuring achievement not only in financial terms but by the well-being of employees and their positive impact on the planet. Through this vision, we aim to spark a societal transformation that places planetary health and well-being at the heart of a prosperous and sustainable future.

Purpose & Values:

In our pursuit of a cultural revolution within the workplace, we are committed to empowering employees to instigate change, fostering a healthy business ecosystem that benefits both people and the planet. At the core of our organisation lies a dedication to knowledge, integrity, and partnership. By implementing a four-day workweek, we lead by example, promoting well-being and sustainable productivity among our team members. Our commitment to leveraging the latest research and evidence-based practices ensures the excellence and continuous improvement of our services.

We believe in the power of transparent, respectful partnerships, underpinned by open communication and confidentiality. Our approach not only champions a positive stance on addressing burnout and human well-being but also cultivates a supportive and resilient professional community. By empowering every employee to make meaningful contributions, we strive to balance professional success with personal health, thus creating a significant impact within their organisations and teams. Through these actions, we aim to kickstart a healthy business revolution, setting the stage for a future where both individuals and the environment can thrive.
