That is why we have developed a unique and innovative wellbeing assessment tool to find out how you can measure stress and assess the risk of burnout in 90 seconds.

Our wellbeing assessment uses academic and scientific evidence to create the core questions the review is built upon. It is a psychometric test, not a survey,  and fulfills the measurement criteria according to the Rasch model (named after Danish Mathematician Georg Rasch). It is UNLIKE many widely used generic surveys and  it has good psychometric properties.

Your journey

Our unique test takes the user on a ‘A Walk through the Forest’ and is for  every employee’s personal and anonymous use. In just 90 seconds, it will measure wellbeing and risk of burnout. What could be easier?

Our wellbeing assessment is split into 6 pillars and provides each person with an overall result and breakdown, with relevant and effective resources to help individual employees as soon as they receive their result. It’s educational and preventative at the same time.

Why everyone should take the assessment

Burnout can take weeks, months or years to build up. It is essential to use a scientifically-backed wellbeing assessment to effectively measure burnout regularly to help mitigate risks of excessive stress and burnout so that your company and the individual can make positive changes to help prevent burnout on an ongoing basis.

Ongoing support

Business pressures change over time and it is important to understand these pressure points, so we recommend conducting a quarterly review that measures stress and wellbeing. This can lead to improved and sustainable productivity and helps us know pressure points at an individual, team and organisation level and how to tackle them.
